TERMS OF SERVICE

Your participation in MoneyMovesAsia is considered to be a private loan transaction between you and MoneyMovesAsia, exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. MoneyMovesAsia is not FDIC insured and not a licensed bank or a security firm.

When you buy a membership with MoneyMovesAsia, you are permitted to receive monthly cash benefits in the amount of 10-20% of your deposit amount. MoneyMoves reserves the right to change the benefit percentage, either up or down, depending upon the flow of business. You understand that you are not entitled to these funds, and that your receipt of these funds is not guaranteed.

You accept that the services provided by MoneyMoves are "as is" and may be discontinued at any time and for any reason and that you might lose money as a result. MoneyMoves plans to offer it services indefinitely, but  cannot be held responsible for actions outside of our control. 

You also agree to receive occasional e-mails from MoneyMoves. These e-mails will notify you of your earnings and updates. You will not be subscribed to other mailing lists by MoneyMoves.
